    With more than a decade of coaching experience, Nick has worked with a diverse range of clients, from everyday gym-goers to competitive athletes. His coaching approach puts your preferences and goals at the center, while minimizing risk and making the most of your time. Nick is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), certified in Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), and holds a degree in Kinesiology.

    Coach

    Chris’ specialty is the intersection of strength and mobility. He works with his clients to achieve their goals by ensuring they have the prerequisite qualities to train safely and at a high intensity. Chris is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) accredited by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), certified in Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), and holds a degree in Kinesiology.

    Manager

    In 2016, Savannah began lifting weights, sparking a journey to change her lifestyle and dedicate her career to helping more people overcome the intimidation of the weight room. With a Masters in Business Administration from Yale, Savannah manages APTC to provide the best experience to clients. She is studying to become an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer.
